一、超聲波脫氣

超聲波脫氣是用真空泵循環(huán)的方式將溶解在清洗液的氣體脫離出來,使得清洗液能夠更好的成為傳遞超聲波震蕩的介質。

超聲波震蕩能量輻射會受到清洗液中的空氣濃度較大的影響,若清洗液中殘存的氣體較多,則會阻礙超聲波的傳播,從而降低清洗力。因此,可利用脫氣裝置來排出清洗液中的氣體,的提高清洗效果。
The energy radiation of ultrasonic vibration is greatly affected by the air concentration in the cleaning solution. If there is a large amount of residual gas in the cleaning solution, it will hinder the propagation of ultrasonic waves and reduce the cleaning force. 將清洗液中氣體脫氣后,工件在空氣殘存極少的環(huán)境下清洗,可以有效地在清洗過程中產(chǎn)生氧化的問題。
After degassing the gas in the cleaning solution, cleaning the workpiece in an environment with minimal residual air can effectively solve the problem of oxidation during the cleaning process.
有利于盲孔零件內(nèi)空氣排出及清洗液的滲入,收到更佳清洗效果,清洗液經(jīng)脫氣處理,超聲波得到更佳發(fā)揮,在清洗液內(nèi)形成真空效應,清洗效果更徹底,潔凈度更高。

二、超聲波掃頻
2、 Ultrasonic scanning frequency
超聲波掃頻是在清洗過程中超聲波頻率在合理的范圍內(nèi)往復掃動,其作用是可以改善超聲波清洗槽內(nèi)超聲場的結構。
Ultrasonic frequency scanning refers to the reciprocating scanning of ultrasonic frequency within a reasonable range during the cleaning process, which can improve the structure of the ultrasonic field in the ultrasonic cleaning tank.
超聲波清洗機工作在一個固定頻率有較大的局限性,由于某些參數(shù),如水溫、清洗量等的變化,容易產(chǎn)生諧振頻率的漂移,從而造成聲功率的變化,影響到清洗效果。
The Ultrasonic cleaning has great limitations when it works at a fixed frequency. 三、超聲波變頻清洗
3、 Ultrasonic frequency conversion cleaning
超聲波頻率不一樣,進行空化的效應的結果也不一樣,頻率越高,產(chǎn)生的汽泡越小,穿透性越強,但是相應的力度越小。頻率越低,產(chǎn)生的氣泡越大,穿透性越弱,但是清洗表面的力度越強。

The higher the frequency, the smaller the generated bubbles, the stronger the penetration, but the corresponding force is smaller.
